A list will appear of Chargeable Weights already entered into the database. If there are no entries on the list, only the new and exit buttons are enabled. Press 'New' to enter a new Chargeable Weight and press the edit or delete buttons as appropriate.

On pressing 'New' the window 'New Chargeable Weight' appears (not shown here). The cursor will be positioned at the Transport type field waiting for you to select a Transport Type from the drop down list. Choose the type of transport to which the Chargeable Weight formula is to apply (i.e. Air Transport). Now enter the appropriate rates in the volume and weight fields, choosing metric or imperial units as appropriate. The description field must be entered to provide meaningful general description, (i.e. Excluding Greece). More than one chargeable weight can be setup for a transport type, distinguished by the description.
